Synopsis: Erendira Cruz, executive director of the Sustainable Living Center, will present the many ways aspects of sustainability, a common and often puzzling buzzword, touch our daily lives and how ordinary households can engage in sustainable practices.  Through programs, partnerships, and education, the Sustainable Living Center offers local and comprehensive solutions to many of today's challenges, including home efficiency, waste management, healthier eating, renewable energy, and more. The presentation will also include a segment about PV solar and how to decide if adding a solar array might be right for you.  Come prepared to discover how you can make positive impacts in your life and for our planet.

Erendira Cruz has been Executive Director of the Sustainable Living Center since 2013.  Ms. Cruz is from Bozeman, MT, and has a BS in Business Management from Montana State University. She worked for many years in building materials retail before deciding to make a more meaningful impact as a nonprofit leader.  Outside of work, Erendira enjoys cycling and long walks with her dog, Bolin.
