James Payne, Executive Director of Fort Walla Walla Museum, will be discussing some of the Museum's latest military acquisitions, from a Civil War-era saber to a Japanese rifle from World War II. There have been plenty of interesting and note-worthy items added the the Museum's permanent collection in 2017--and you will see them here, and learn about why they are important, before they make it on general display.
