The Fort Walla Walla Museum Admission-Free School Tour program is open to all public, private, and home schools.

  • One adult chaperon for every ten students will have their admission covered under our free tour guidelines; however, we are happy to apply our discounted tour rate of $9.50 to additional chaperons.

  • Call 509-525-7703 to schedule your tour Monday through Friday. Tour slots are available in the morning or the afternoon.

  • When scheduling a tour, please provide your requested tour date and time, school name, teacher name, contact details, number of students, number of chaperons, and student grade level.

  • Please inform us of any requests or accommodations you may require at the time of booking (e.g., specific subjects/content to be covered by docents, wheelchair access, etc.).

  • Docent-led tours run for approximately two hours. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer more or less time for your tour.
Please note that docent availability cannot always be guaranteed.

  • Visitor Guides will be made available for groups who prefer a self-guided tour.
